- One of the few people who can say they've played both CBGB's and Preservation Hall, I've been gigging around the Pacific Northwest (and around the world) for 25 years, playing everything from punk rock to swing. Currently, all of my projects are rooted in early jazz, from the Boswell Sisters-inspired Stolen Sweets, the hillbilly boogie of the Portland Playboys and the PK3, which evokes equal parts Django, Charlie and Nat. I'm both a full-time musician as well as guitar teacher, working with folks of all levels primarily on older forms of American music.
